Vespa PX 125 problem with acceleration?

I have a PX 125 with a 166 kit on it
on low revs it runs fine but on high revs it is missing and has no power at all I have changed the jets to no avail any helped would be greatly appreciated

ok this is a malossi kit. a few questions. what exhaust is on it?, is it still a standard crank?, is it a standard carb and what jets have you used?, has the timing been changed?
