How come they keep callin' this guy, "Lewis 'Scooter' Libby?
1.) His Gramma pinned the Nickname on him & it's just stuck!
2.) He used to go to classes in College on a Vespa, & every1 thought he was Kool.
3.) He zoom around the West Wing on a chromed foot powered scooter, honking it's horn, & ringing it's bell...
4.) When he'd hear the names: 'Bill, & Monica', or hear the Pres., or VP hollar for him, he'd drop down on his butt and start dragging his a s s around, bellorin' like a Blue Tick Hound with a burr under his tail, on that rug with the Presidential Seal, in the Oval Office.
