Italian Style Vespa
Advice/recommendation on new moped?
My wife is interested in getting a moped. She doesn't want a cycle endorsement so looking for a 49cc.
The one she has seen that she kind of likes is the Lambretta DUE50. I know this isn't the old-school Italian bike it used to be. But she likes that style, not the old-school-looking Vespa and other types like that, the Honda Metropolitan for example.
Wondering if anyone has one that they've had good luck with. Probably want to go with a 4 stroke if possible.
Thanks Beast, I like the Ruckus fine, but she wants something, mmmmm, more integrated/modern looking. I wouldn't mmind the Ruckus, but she wouldn't like those bare bones looks. She was at one time looking at a C3, I think that's Suzuki? No Yamaha. Kind of likes the looks of that new Lambretta though, which is kind of a unique style.
the honda rukus is a good one and goes pretty fast for moped. it is 4 cyc and gets like 100mpg. it also one of the more expensive mopeds but very reliable and cheap to maintain.
