200cc Vespa Granturismo

Vespa - which should I choose and why?

I live in Ho Chi Minh City and have a 10km commute. The roads are chaotic, full of other motorcycles and are rough and bumpy in places. I am a novice on bikes. Must be below 200cc. I am drawn to the GTS125, Granturismo 125 and LX125, but don't know enough to make an educated choice. Any help much appreciated.
If I choose for purley practical reasons I would choose a made in Vietnam Honda - much cheaper because of no import tax - but I love the Vespa looks

Vespa is cool. My dad and my brother in law used to have them. You should choose Vespa because it's easy to park not just on the street but you can also bring it inside your house and it doesn't take much gas. If you're not a Honda fan then Vespa it is. Obviously, Vespa is more European than Honda. It's also lighter and it won't run as fast as Honda tho'. The new Vespa style is actually cheaper than the tradition Vespa as my dad used to have. It's perfect to ride around Saigon.

If you live in Saigon, you shouldn't have any problem finding a mechanic who can fix it for you in case something goes wrong. We used to have them remember?
