What's the best place in Waikiki or Honolulu to rent a moped/scooter?

I'm staying in Waikiki. When I say moped/scooter, I mean like a Vespa or something, just something I can get around the island with. It doesn't need to be real fast. Price is the most important factor, but I am also interested in reliability of the vehicles, reputation of the place, etc.

If you are staying at a decent hotel, they will have a tour information desk. They will be able to let you know where the closest/best place is to rent a moped/scooter. Be careful because there is alot of pedestrian traffic everywhere in Honolulu. Hope this helps...have a great time
