Piaggio MP3 Scooter with an enclosed cabin?

Does anybody know of someone, or a company, that is planning on building/producing/selling an enclosed cabin to retro-fit on a Piaggio MP3? It seems like the perfect commuting solution. With oil at almost $150 a barrel, a great mpg, easier to ride/drive, fully weather-proof vehicle that's less expensive and smaller than a car but still seats two people: why isn't someone already selling this?

Don't know of anyone doing this. The MP3s are already a little underpowered for their weight; the extra weight of the cabin would seriously tax the motor. There also might be issues with licensing/emissions/safety requirements.
