I am buying a moped/scooter and intrested what the difference is between a 4 stroke and 2stroke in performance

information on the performance and running costs between a 4 stroke engine and a 2 stroke , any advice and exsperince on buying unknown brand mopeds from china and such.

most of the stuff coming out of china is cheap...but you get what you pay for...they do work.. & if you dont expect a performance rocket.. they are OK
